RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All rubber tracks may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returned items must be like new in their original packaging.
All returned items are subject to a restocking fee equal to 15% of the item's purchase price unless we have shipped you a damaged or incorrect product.
Return shipping will be at the buyer's expense, except in cases where we have shipped your order incorrectly as stated above.
Please take photos of any returned items to protect your refund against any damage that may occur in transit.
Refunds are issued after we have received your item back in stock and confirmed that it is in like-new and sellable condition, or until our shipping mistake has been confirmed upon return.
Refund confirmation may take up to 3-5 business days from the time we receive the returned item.
