Rubber Track Rack Product Return Policy


If you ("the buyer") need to return your item for any reason, please refer to the following procedures.



All return requests must be submitted to a Rubber Track Rack ("RTR") representative within (30) days of the order fulfillment date. All items must be in unused and like-new (unless reported as damaged) condition, with all original tags and labels attached.



To contact an RTR representative for returns, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Goods Authorization ("RGA") and a return Bill of Lading ("BOL"). After receiving an RGA and BOL, place the item securely in its original packaging, and follow the instructions provided by your RTR representative for return shipping.



The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
1. Used Items
2. Clearance Items

Items that were not shipped incorrectly by RTR or reported damaged upon arrival may be returned at the buyer's expense.



Items that were not shipped incorrectly by RTR or reported damaged upon arrival by the buyer may be subject to a restocking fee of no more than 15% of the original purchase price, excluding taxes, fees, and applied discounts at checkout.



After receiving the return and inspecting the condition of the item, RTR will process your return or exchange. Please allow up to ten (10) business days from the receipt of the item to process the return or exchange. 

Refunds may be given to the buyer via their choice of the original form of payment, check, item exchange, or store credit.

For credit card refunds, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on the buyer's credit card statement, depending on the credit card company. An RTR representative will notify the buyer by email when the return has been processed.
